About me

My interest in therapy began through my own personal journey. Through being in therapy myself, I was able to process my past, better understand my thoughts and behaviours, and experience new ways of being in the world. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy, and I’m committed to offering a space where you feel genuinely heard.

I have worked with those involved in the Criminal Justice System for over fifteen years in both the charity and public sector, including as a qualified Probation Officer. My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for change.
